Origami With Cardboard: How I Build Boxes to Ship Weird Parts

Over the years I've gotten fairly good at building boxes around weird-shaped parts. Why pay to ship air? I lay out my part, in this case a 1960 Ford Fairlane grille, make measurements, fold and score, done. Sometimes it's origami, sometimes it's hanging drywall.
